Our home Reformer Pilates studio is close to Fordingbridge, in the small village of Godshill, in The New Forest.
​
The studio can hold a maximum of 4 people on the Reformers which are Merrithew V2 Max with Tower, with Mat converters.
​
We have Jump Boards, Cardio Tramps, Arc Barrels as well as small equipment such as Zenga Balls, small balls, stability cushions, flex bands etc.
​
​We also have a Merrithew Chair, which is ideal for anyone needing to stay in a seated or upright position. Pilates honestly is for everyone!
​Our home studio is ideal for anyone wishing to try Pilates for the first time but equally beneficial for those who want to challenge themselves and also for rehab e.g hip and knee replacement. All classes are programmed by us to cater for all levels with progressions as well as regressions so no one feels left out

Pricing
All Classes and sessions are non refundable, however we do offer a make up system so if you miss a class (with at least 12 hours notice) you can make it up in any other class until the end of the following month so long as you are block booked - if not then they are valid until the end of the current month. A system that works really well.
